4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must own every account they sell, provide accurate information, disclose limitations, deliver access after purchase, maintain truthful listings, and not attempt recovery after sale. Sellers are responsible for losses caused by inaccurate listings.
5. Account Listing Requirements
Account listings should clearly include the platform or game name, account age if relevant, included items or features, region or server, restrictions, recovery status, and any limitations. Sellers must not hide important information.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must read listings carefully, not misuse purchased accounts, not attempt unauthorized recovery, follow platform rules, and report problems honestly.
7. Digital Delivery Rules
After purchase, sellers must provide the purchased digital item or service, delivery must match the listing description, sellers cannot intentionally delay delivery, and buyers must provide necessary information where required.
8. Reviews and Reputation
Reviews must be honest, based on real transactions, and not manipulated. Users may not buy fake reviews, threaten users for reviews, or create fake accounts to boost reputation.
9. AI Moderation
Vercsa uses AI and human moderation to analyze listing titles, descriptions, images, seller behavior, reports, and transaction patterns. The system may detect fraud risks, suspicious account patterns, prohibited listings, and scam indicators.
10. Enforcement
Violations may result in listing removal, transaction cancellation, wallet restrictions, seller verification review, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
