1. Introduction
Welcome to Vercsa.store ("Vercsa", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vercsa.store website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing the Platform, listing products or services, purchasing products or services, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully.
2. About Vercsa.store
Vercsa.store is an online multi-seller marketplace. Independent sellers create listings for products and services, while buyers purchase those listings using funds available in their Vercsa Wallet.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, authenticity, or availability of listings. Our role is to provide the online marketplace, seller storefronts, search and discovery tools, payment and wallet infrastructure, moderation systems, messaging tools, reputation systems, dispute management tools, and customer support.
Although we may investigate disputes, remove listings, suspend users, or issue wallet credits when appropriate, these actions do not make Vercsa the seller or reseller of any item.

4. Eligibility
To use Vercsa you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current, and you agree to update it promptly if it changes. We may request verification of any information at any time.
5. Account Registration
You must register an account before buying or selling. When registering you agree to use your real identity where requested, provide accurate information, maintain current contact details, keep your password secure, and prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for everything that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
6. One Account Per Person
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, each individual may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, manipulate reviews, evade suspensions, abuse promotions, receive duplicate bonuses, or interfere with marketplace integrity is prohibited. We may suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts at our discretion.
7. Account Roles
The Platform includes different account roles — Guest, Buyer, Seller, Staff, and Administrator — which may have different permissions and access to Platform features. Administrative accounts are intended solely for authorized personnel and remain subject to internal controls and monitoring.
8. Seller Verification (KYC)
Every seller must successfully complete identity verification before publishing listings. Verification may require government-issued identification, proof of identity, proof of address where required, facial verification, additional documentation, or business information if applicable. We may use trusted third-party verification providers to process identity verification.
Completion of KYC does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a seller's reliability or future conduct. We may require updated verification information at any time. Failure to complete or maintain verification may result in inability to publish listings, withdrawal restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
Providing false, forged, altered, stolen, or misleading verification documents is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Platform Availability
We work to keep the Platform available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security events, fraud investigations, technical failures, third-party outages, or events outside our control. Features may change, be removed, or be added without prior notice.
10. Marketplace Rules
Users agree to use the Platform honestly and lawfully. You must not violate any law, interfere with Platform operations, misuse other users' information, attempt unauthorized access, abuse messaging systems, manipulate rankings, interfere with moderation, impersonate another person or business, create fake identities, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations using automated systems and manual review.
11. AI Moderation and Human Review
To protect the marketplace, Vercsa uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, together with human moderators. Listings, images, descriptions, messages submitted for moderation, storefront information, and other content may be automatically analyzed for prohibited items, fraud indicators, policy violations, intellectual property concerns, misleading information, duplicate listings, spam, harmful or illegal content, image safety, and marketplace abuse.
Automated systems may temporarily approve, reject, remove, restrict, or flag content for further review, and human moderators may review content before or after publication. Submission of content does not guarantee publication. We may remove or restrict any content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or threatens the safety or integrity of the Platform.
12. Changes to Your Account Status
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, restrict account features, pause withdrawals, remove listings, limit wallet functionality, require additional verification, place transactions under review, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts. These actions may occur when we reasonably believe they are necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, enforce these Terms, or maintain the security and integrity of the Platform. Where appropriate we may notify you of the reason, but we may withhold specific details where doing so could compromise security, ongoing investigations, or the rights of others.
13. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you are solely responsible for everything you list and sell on the Platform. By publishing a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the item or have the legal right to sell or provide it.
- Your listing is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- All images, descriptions, and other content accurately represent what the buyer will receive.
- Your listing complies with these Terms, the Listing Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
- You will fulfill every completed order in a timely manner.
- You will communicate with buyers professionally and honestly.
- You will honor any delivery times, warranties, or guarantees stated in your listing.
Sellers remain responsible for their listings even if they were automatically approved by our AI moderation systems or manually reviewed by staff. Publishing approval does not mean Vercsa guarantees that a listing complies with the law or our policies.
14. Listings
Listings must be complete, accurate, and understandable. Each listing should include, where applicable, an accurate title, a detailed description, clear images, pricing, delivery method, estimated delivery time, any limitations or requirements, and refund or replacement conditions if offered by the seller. Sellers may not intentionally omit important information that could influence a buyer's purchasing decision.
Listings may be edited, temporarily hidden, or removed if they violate Platform policies or applicable laws, create unreasonable risks to users, receive credible fraud reports, infringe intellectual property rights, or are otherwise determined by Vercsa to be unsuitable for the marketplace.
15. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to provide accurate account information, maintain sufficient wallet balance before placing an order, read listings carefully before purchasing, communicate respectfully with sellers, cooperate during dispute investigations, avoid fraudulent chargeback or abuse attempts, and comply with all Platform policies. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product or service is lawful to own or use in their jurisdiction.
16. Orders
An order is created once payment is successfully deducted from the buyer's Vercsa Wallet. After an order has been placed, the seller is expected to fulfill the order as described, the buyer must cooperate if information is required, and both parties should communicate through the Platform whenever possible. Order completion may occur automatically or manually depending on the product category or transaction workflow.
17. Buyer and Seller Communication
The Platform provides messaging tools to help buyers and sellers communicate, and users must use these tools respectfully. Messages must not be used to harass others, send spam, conduct scams, threaten users, distribute malware, request payments outside the Platform, or share illegal content. We may review or investigate messages where necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or detect fraud.
18. Wallet System
Purchases on Vercsa are made using your Vercsa Wallet, and buyers must add funds before placing an order. Wallet balances are used solely within the Platform, are not bank accounts, do not earn interest, may be subject to security reviews, and may be temporarily restricted during investigations. Wallet balances may only be used according to these Terms.
19. Wallet Funding
Wallet deposits are currently funded using cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor, MaxelPay. When adding funds, cryptocurrency payments are processed by MaxelPay (not Vercsa), blockchain confirmation times may vary, network fees may apply, exchange rates may fluctuate before confirmation, and additional verification may be required. Wallet funds are credited after successful payment confirmation and any required fraud checks.
We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, cryptocurrency networks, payment processor downtime, incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect payment amounts, or failed blockchain transactions.
20. Cryptocurrency Payments
Wallet deposits are therefore normally final. Any refund of an order is handled as a wallet-balance credit under the section below — not as a reversal of the original blockchain payment.
21. Refunds and Wallet Credits
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Vercsa, refunds are issued to the buyer's Vercsa Wallet rather than back to the original cryptocurrency payment method. Wallet credits may be issued when an order is cancelled, a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, a duplicate payment occurred, a seller fails to deliver, or Vercsa determines a refund is appropriate.
Wallet credits may be used for future purchases on the Platform. Refunding cryptocurrency directly to the original blockchain transaction is generally not available because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Nothing in these Terms promises unconditional refunds; order-related refunds are assessed through the dispute process at Vercsa's discretion.
22. Seller Earnings
When an order is successfully completed, the seller becomes eligible to receive payment according to the Platform's payout process. Seller funds may be temporarily held, delayed for fraud review, delayed during disputes, delayed to comply with legal obligations, or withheld where these Terms have been violated. Vercsa may establish holding periods for new sellers or higher-risk transactions.
23. Marketplace Fees
Using certain Platform features may require payment of fees, which may include marketplace commissions, listing fees, promotional fees, withdrawal fees, processing fees, or other service charges communicated before purchase. Applicable fees will be displayed before they are charged whenever reasonably possible. Fees may change over time; changes generally apply prospectively and do not affect completed transactions. See the current fee schedule for details where applicable.
24. Listing Promotions ("Bumps")
Vercsa may offer optional promotional services designed to increase the visibility of listings. Promotions may be free, paid, time-limited, automatic, or manually activated. Purchasing a promotion does not guarantee sales, clicks, views, search ranking, or increased revenue. Promotion fees are generally non-refundable once the promotion has begun unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Vercsa.
25. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations. Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their sales unless applicable law requires otherwise. Vercsa does not provide tax advice.
26. Fraud Prevention
To protect users and the Platform, we maintain fraud detection systems that may include automated risk scoring, AI analysis, manual investigation, identity verification, device analysis, transaction monitoring, and document verification. We may delay, restrict, or cancel transactions while fraud reviews are ongoing. Cooperation with fraud investigations is a condition of using the Platform, and failure to cooperate may result in account restrictions or closure.
27. Transaction Holds
Certain transactions may be placed on temporary hold for reasons including unusually large purchases, suspicious account activity, verification requests, dispute investigations, compliance reviews, or fraud detection alerts. During a hold, access to funds or order completion may be temporarily delayed until the review has concluded. Vercsa will make reasonable efforts to complete reviews as quickly as practical, but review times may vary.
28. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by Vercsa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without authorization. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant Vercsa a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
29. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vercsa does not warrant that listings are accurate, lawful, or safe, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vercsa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or wallet value, arising from your use of the Platform or from transactions between buyers and sellers.
30. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vercsa, its affiliates, and their staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings or purchases, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
31. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], except where applicable law grants you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
33. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or through the contact methods provided on Vercsa.store.
